Our fully equipped metallographic lab includes a micro-processing controlled spectrometer and we are able to adhere
to the most demanding metallurgical specifications.
 

 

 

A new molding production line has been added
to our sand to produce high quality molds. Cores
are produced using the Isocure method. We utilize
three coreless induction melting furnaces with
3,000, 2,000 and 400 lb. melting capacities
per hour.

 

 

 

 

 
We have an in-house pattern shop and
heat treat, welding and shot blast capabilities.
